TA-I Technology is committed to upholding high standards of professional ethics and integrity and has established accessible external reporting channels. To ensure effective implementation of ethical standards and fair handling of reported cases, the Company has established the "Complaint and Whistleblowing Case Handling Procedures."
Any suspicious conduct by TA-I Technology employees or representatives, or any conduct that may violate the Company's Code of Ethical Conduct, may be reported through the appropriate channels. TA-I Technology will investigate and handle reported cases in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
Whistleblowers may report anonymously or under their real names and are encouraged to provide specific facts, relevant information, and supporting documents. Unless otherwise required by law, TA-I Technology will keep whistleblowers' personal information confidential, take appropriate measures to protect their privacy, and prevent retaliation or improper treatment resulting from good-faith reporting.
TA-I Technology provides diverse and accessible complaint and whistleblowing channels, including the General Manager's suggestion box, complaint hotline, email, and QR Code suggestion box. Matters reported may include opinions and suggestions, violations or illegal activities, workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and other concerns.
The Company has established the "Complaint and Whistleblowing Case Handling Procedures," under which all cases are centrally managed and investigated according to their nature and applicable procedures. Strict confidentiality measures are maintained, with anonymous reporting and necessary protection provided where applicable to safeguard complainants and whistleblowers from improper treatment or retaliation.
For substantiated cases, the Company will take timely and appropriate corrective or necessary actions in accordance with applicable regulations and the circumstances of the case, reinforcing its commitment to integrity and a safe, friendly workplace.
