The "Talent Quality-management System" (TTQS) developed by the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor in Taiwan. It is the only evaluation standard for "Company's training quality" in our country.
Evaluation level and Pass rate
There are five assessment levels: Gold medal (1%), Silver medal (8%), Bronze medal (29%), Pass, and Fail.
It is valid for two years and needs to be reviewed regularly.
Systematic training process
Five major assessment items: "Plan", "Design", "Execution", "Review", and "Outcome" and to ensure the training quality and process validity of each cycle.
