Governance Oversight
Highest Decision-Making & Internal Control Unit
The Board of Directors serves as the primary driver of TAI-TECH's sustainability transformation, holding full oversight responsibility for evaluating the staged implementation effectiveness and execution progress across all functional ESG working groups.
Delegation of Authority & Periodic Reporting
The Board of Directors authorizes the Committee to identify material topics. The Committee convenes regularly and presents dedicated progress reports to the Board at least once a year to review development strategies.
Agile Risk Impact Communication
The Sustainability Committee is responsible for real-time reporting. Any economic, environmental, or human rights negative impact risks evaluated to have a high potential impact on company operations must be reported to the Board to initiate corrective action tracking.
