On April 18, 2024, the Board of Directors approved the establishment of the "Risk Management Policy" to ensure sustainable operation, enhance management efficiency and information reliability, and effectively allocate resources. The policy aims to effectively identify, analyze, measure, monitor, and control various risks across business operations, ensuring that potential risks are managed within an acceptable tolerance level through proper evaluation and treatment procedures to achieve the following objectives.
Based on six major risk categories—Operational, Financial, Compliance, Information Security, Human Resources, and Climate & Environment—identified risk factors are incorporated into a risk management matrix. Through the quantitative evaluation principle of "Probability × Impact," risks are categorized and prioritized to serve as the basis for defining material risks, establishing management priorities, and allocating resources.
