Stakeholder Engagement

TA-I Technology values the voice of every stakeholder. By establishing transparent, diverse, and real-time two-way communication channels, we turn stakeholder focus areas into the core driving force behind our corporate sustainability transformation. In accordance with the five core principles of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES), our responsible business units have identified seven primary stakeholder groups: Shareholders, Suppliers/Contractors, Customers, Employees, Government Agencies, Academic/Research Institutions, and Financial Institutions.

  2. Customers / distributors Provide high-quality, safe products and after-sales service, maintaining customer satisfaction, recognition and cooperation.
  3. Shareholders Protect shareholder rights and equal treatment, ensuring access to information, participation and decisions on major matters to sustain investor confidence.
  4. Suppliers / contractors Maintain long-term cooperation and stable raw material and component supply, jointly upholding labor and human rights.
  5. Government agencies Implement environmental controls and comply with regulations to prevent pollution and protect neighboring communities' quality of life.
  6. Schools / research institutions Turn research into practical applications through industry-academia collaboration, develop specialists and advance R&D and innovation.
