在政府推動制度的支持下,大毅已成功協助13位移工夥伴轉任中階技術人才,

Today, TA-I Technology was honored to be invited to the “Retention of Foreign Talent Program” sharing session, where we presented our successful experience as a leading company in employing mid-level technical migrant workers. This marks not only an exchange of insights, but also an important milestone in our long-term commitment to retaining and developing talent.
Through this government-supported program, TA-I Technology has successfully assisted 13 migrant colleagues in upgrading to mid-level technical positions!
Among them:
Through the “Retention of Foreign Talent Program”:
✅ We have reduced retraining costs and enhanced production stability.
✅ We have built a professional team with diverse cultural backgrounds.
✅ We have advanced our ESG commitments (Social dimension) by promoting inclusiveness and diversity.
