Building a Non-Discrimination Culture	Comply with labor laws and regulations, the Labor Policy, and the Employee Code of Ethics. Ensure no discrimination occurs in recruitment, employment, promotion, incentives, or training opportunities based on race, skin color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or nationality, disability, pregnancy, religion, or political affiliation. Dedicated grievance hotlines and email mailboxes are provided to safeguard complainant rights.	In 2025, the company received 2 discrimination cases related to sexual harassment through formal grievance mechanisms. In addition to internal investigation panel inquiries, external legal counsel was invited to participate in the review and case closure procedures.
